GoodDeeds.space is a platform designed to foster positive interactions and highlight acts of goodwill. The Service allows users to:

• Give Kudos: Recognize and appreciate others' contributions by giving kudos, including the option to add emojis, attachments, and online gift certificates.

• Share Stories: Publish blog posts and stories to share your experiences and insights.

• Import Data: Import data from platforms such as LinkedIn to consolidate your online reputation.

• Social Sharing: Share your GoodDeeds.space activity on integrated social media platforms.

• Run Campaigns: Initiate and participate in social campaigns for personal, company, or NGO initiatives.

• Gamification: Engage with the platform through features like leaderboards and recognition of top kudos recipients.

• Trust Score: Accumulate a "Trust Score" based on anonymous evaluations from other users. This score, when provided by at least five users, can serve as a measure of your online reputation.

• Engage with Kudos: Respond to kudos with emojis and initiate comment threads.

• Private Messaging: Send private messages and suggestions to other users.

• Groups: Create and join groups for collaboration and resource sharing, maintaining privacy within the group.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, share, or otherwise make available on the Service (“User Content”).

• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use your User Content.

• You agree not to post, upload, or share any User Content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Infringes on any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party.

  • Contains viruses or other harmful code.

  • Is unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, or spam.

• We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we otherwise deem objectionable.

• You grant GoodDeeds.space a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

5. Trust Score

• The Trust Score is an aggregate evaluation based on anonymous feedback from other users.

• Users providing feedback will remain anonymous, and their individual feedback will not be revealed to the recipient.

• A Trust Score will only be available when at least five different users have provided feedback for a recipient.

• GoodDeeds.space does not verify the accuracy or validity of the Trust Scores provided by users. The Trust Score is intended as an indicator of online reputation and does not guarantee any specific outcome or benefit.

6. Gamification

• Gamification features are intended to encourage engagement and are not meant to be an endorsement of any specific user.

• We reserve the right to adjust, modify, or discontinue gamification elements at our discretion.

7. Privacy

• Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy

8. Third-Party Links & Services

• The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of these third parties.

• Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

9. Intellectual Property

• The Service and all associated content (excluding User Content) are owned by GoodDeeds.space or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

• TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOODDEEDS.SPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
